Ah, that could be it! I'll have to check on when they run the Registers - I
know it's not frequently, but they did do them over the weekend. Thanks!

Dave,

We use offline file load for backflushing RM transactions and have no
problems.

One trick is that the  IP transactions are not generated until the
transaction register is run over the batch.
