Query/400 suggestions for Idle Inventory Report

Environment:  Mapics DB/Y2K (Mod 4)

Hi group:

I'm trying to use Query/400 to write an Idle Inventory Report that lists 
inactive Type 3 (raw materials) and 4 (purchased components) inventory item 
numbers that meet the following criteria:

Within the last 5 years:

1. No Usage activity; and

2. No RC, RD and RP acquisition activity.

I have noticed the following fields that may be appropriate for the query:

In ITEMBL, the field LACDT is the Date of Last Activity Issue; but this field 
does not seem to reflect the date of IX Inventory Transactions for the issues 
of uncontrolled floor stock.

In IMHIST, the RC, RD and RP Inventory Transaction codes are stored but I'm not 
sure how to isolate in a query "inactivity" for a given code during a specific 
time period.

Can you give me some suggestions on how to structure such a query?  All your 
suggestions will be appreciated.
