We just converted 1 week ago. I had tested and actually had a new
environment running in production for a company we had acquired recently.
When I ran the old company's environment through the conversion I got in a
hurry and caused myself a few problems. Nothing we couldn't overcome in the
first couple of days though. Most of my users had seen the few screen
changes they would need to know about. I had modified and tested our
internal programs months ago and had those changes ready to go. So other
than my own personal blunder, everything went pretty smooth.

My advice is don't get in a hurry, and watch your steps carefully! Wish I
had heeded my own advice!
