Dear All,

I have the following questions and would appreciate if anyone could shed some lights.

1. In my factory, some operators working on two or more machines simultaneously for separate MOs. How to report these activities to PCC, for example the labour hours and machine hours?

2. If a machine broke down and we have to switch the process to another machine, which may have different cycle time, how to report it to PCC?

FYI, we are running MAPICS XA R5.
