My 2¢..

We are R6, have been using MAPICS payroll since I was probably in high
school! Sure, we've
had our share of fiascos, primarily with TAX tables and such. But it is
refreshing to know that
ultimately we are in control when there is a problem. Nothing worse than
relying upon an outside
service staffed by morons who couldn't care less! (Stop being so cynical, I
was referring to ADP
and such....) We do all the regular stuff, 401K, bonuses, E-Payroll.

Interesting to see PAMS mentioned....we migrated to PERMS about 4 years ago
(Never looked
back!). But since there is someone else using Phoenix products, I might
have to retaliate by
posing a question on PC&C history after the holiday.

BTW1..We run Phoenix PC&C History product.

BTW2...Have closed year end 8 times without problem or fail....in fact the
first time I
did it I could barely spell MAPICS. (and don't ask me what it stands for!).

BTW3....Name one system that isn't sold in vague terms to management.
