We did a AS/400 upgrade this weekend and the Mapics Support Site had
problems all weekend not just a few hours this morning luckily we still have
a telephone!!

In living memory, the MAPICS Support Site has been down twice.  Once was
when they had a major server crash, and then this morning for a few hours.
Not a terrible availability by any standard, I would think.  If you are
experiencing problems, perhaps it could be with your respective ISP's? Maybe
you are not getting onto the Internet.
