David -

We are just starting to play with Win2K and found that you need to be at a
OS and version of Client Access higher than we are currently (4.2.0). We're
upgradeing this weekend (pray for us) to OS 4.5.0 and its corresponding
release of Client Access - we've been told this will fix our problems.

Subject: Client Access Express, Windows 2000, & AS/400 Folders

We are having a problem accessing AS/400 folders when using Client Access
Express on a Windows 2000 machine. We are creating Excel spreadsheet output
using Jacana and Info WorkPlace. These spreadsheets go by default to the
Infowp folder in the QDLS folder on the AS/400. Therefore, the user needs
to be able to access the AS/400 folders. With Client Access Express on a
Windows 2000 machine the folders cannot be accessed.

Client Access on a Windows 98/NT machine allows the user to access the
needed folders. Does anyone know of a solution or a work around.
