In Argentina, there is a legal requirement to withhold tax on payments to vendors. The amount of tax withheld depends on the type of vendor and sometimes the previous payments during the year. This function is very Argentina-specific. There is a more generalized vendor withholding tax function within IFM that has broader applicability.
