We faced this challenge a couple of years ago from the
PC side.  We wound up with a small batch program that
FTP'd a record (was a variable, job#, from Oracle based
PDM) to the AS/400.  The physical file that received the
FTP'd record had a trigger that called a CL program
that established a library list, then called a modified
version of the MAPICS print program.  The modification
was the manual insertion of LDA stuff.

This program was successful in R5, have not tried it in
R6.  Obviously a program that died!

Would be willing to share the information (and source)
with anyone....as long as they don't expect it this week!
