Doug,

I've used ASC's Sequel to do it, I imagine it should be do-able with SQL.
Make sure you copy the definition fields, plug in the new warehouse number,
and set the various quantities to zero. It's not hard - IM isn't too
finicky about what's in Item Balance. If you're using MRP and/or MPSP it's
a little trickier, but still shouldn't be too tough.

We are in the process for creating a new warehouse. Does anyone have a good
way to add Item balance records for that warehouse? What I would like to do
is somehow copy the WH1 Item Balance records to WH8. Is SQL a good option?

TIA
