Sorry it has taken so long to reply...One of the accounts that I work at (I
am an independent contractor) is having a similar issue.  They call it the
SBA Report. We have started to develop a combined solution using information
we gather regarding Govt. Contract data for COM and the DD-250 form and tie
information from the Vendor when Purchasing comes on-line. We are using a
field in the Vendor Master to designate the type of vendor. If you would
