Hello Al;
MAPICS has an offering (free) called ERLCOM the PTF number escapes me at
the moment.
ERLCOM stands for "Entity Relationship List" and there is one for each
release of MAPICS.
This product has many (not all) of the MAPICS database files. You can also
use the command
DSPFI "Display File Informat" in the AMALIB.

Hi Mapics Mailing List:
I recently received a copy of the Mapics XA R6 CD Rom and not being very
familar with how the XA manuals are structured, the CD Rom appears to be
missing some important manuals.
I can't seem to find following manuals on the CD Rom:
1. "File Layouts and Data Dictionary" which is a detailed listing of all
Mapics Files (physical and logical) along with a dictionary of each field
name used in the files; and
2. "Installation Planning Guide for Advanced Manufacturing Applications"
which shows all the Tailoring Questionnaires for each of the applications.
These manuals were part of the Mapics DB Y2K Mod 4 manuals that my employer
has in their library. Perhaps this information is included under other
titles on the Mapics XA R6 CD Rom?
Please provide me with some assistance on this matter.
