Tracking/Trace numbers to Mapics -- MAPICS-L

Has anyone found a way to efficiently extract tracking/trace numbers
from UPS or FEDEX PC/internet shipping databases to MAPICS
COM history?

We have tried scanning the bar code at shipping time, but the
invoice process and UPS process are not sequential in our
shipping department.

Any ideas, thanks in advance......james leleux
