Re: Authority for Query/400 users using MAPICS files

We added queries to our own user menus that was pre-defined with AMAPICS
authority and allows only record selection variations.  Our concern was again
payroll.  Then, we purchased MAPICS Browser and that answered alot of problems
for us.  Now the users can get what they need and MAPICS security is done via
regular security maintenance in CAS.  No more hassle of granting access at the
file level, authorization lists, or command line access.  This has been a great
help.  If you don't have that application, check it out.
