I'm trying to reverse RI but getting these error messages:

E AM-3116 QUANTITY AND AMOUNT MUST HAVE SAME SIGN
E AM-7440 ITEM NUMBER NOT ASSIGNED TO GRN        

Reported to Atlanta but no response from them. Does anyone have a solution?
