Hey, folks.

I'm having problems with the COM Stock Pick option, and would like some
feedback if others are experiencing the same problems.

The problem occurs under the following situation:
*       Uncontrolled warehouse
* 10 units are on hand and available
* 3 orders of 5 units each are due to ship today (only one item on
the order for simplicity)
*       Stock pick is selected for all orders to ship through today;
Discrete Allocations is set to "Y"
* 3 pick tickets are generated, each with 5 units to pick,
totaling 15 units to pick and ship

When I delete the pick tickets, and request these manually and
individually, the correct information is printed -- the third order is
not eligible to pick.

It appears as if the following is occurring:
* First order checks item availability for 5 units. There are 10
units on hand, so it is OK to process the list.
* The second order checks availability for 5 units. There are 10
units on hand, so it is OK to process the list. Ignores the previous
order.
* The third order checks availability for 5 units. There are 10
units on hand, so it is OK to process the list. Ignores the previous
order.
* The system then prints the tickets.

When you request a manual ticket, the system displays the quantity
requested and the quantity available. Whatever you want to type in is
what the print routine uses to print on the pick list. It appears as if
the stock pick program is incorrectly telling the print routine to
process the amounts that are on order, not what is available in
inventory.

Is anyone else having similar problems? Mapics has been working to
duplicate the problem, with no success. I know of one other company that
is experiencing the same problem. Any suggestions or hints you may have
would be appreciated.

Thanks!
