We were ISO 9002 certified 2 years ago and as I recall, the certification 
process did not have much effect on our IS operations at all. Aside from 
producing reports required by the documentation process. Our company did not 
include IS procedures in it's ISO plans, therefore compliancy is not an issue 
with us (IS Department).
