EC Experiences

We're looking at implementing EC but we wanted to hear of some
real-world experiences with it.  Anyone out there using it?  How long
does it take to install?  How long does it take to setup a trading
partner on it?  Do you still have to do the mapping in EDI/400?  How
about going from X.12 3xxx to X.12 4010?

We just basically want to know if EC will make our EDI problems go away.
We currently have custom written programs to go between MAPICS and
EDI/400.  What a pain to upgrade standards!
