Subject: [LinuxDesktop4i] Visio alternative
I often have need to draw up a diagram to show a picture view of flow, and being I no longer am on Windows (or at least I don't have Microsoft Visio anymore) I have needed to find an alternative. I have found one that I like quite a lot that runs on Linux. It is named Kivio and info on it can be found at this URL:
http://www.koffice.org/kivio
I believe I ended up installing it with "sudo apt-get install kivio" because the above URL is definitely lacking. Click the following link to see a sample of what you can do (note, I am not an artist so don't completely judge Kivio based on my color choice :-)
