Well I don't even have a Windows machine to test on, so I won't make any changes to use the macro naming support in win32. I was hopeful it would have been something trivial that I could take a pretty good stab at. Instead I'll leave this to mightier Windows programmers than I.

My next steps are to make macro replay work in x5250 by clicking on the macro menu items and then adding support for naming the macro with x5250 itself. I've already written the necessary support in lib5250 for writing macro names, I just need a text entry dialog in x5250 to allow the user to enter the name.
