We have an i-series here where I work and I was wanting to use some
older hardware that will only run something like Win98 for linux-based
AS/400 terminals. I've gotten where I can have the TN5250 app run from
a shortcut on the desktop, but I can't seem to get it to scale the way
the IBM Windows clients will. If I expand the window, the text remains
at the same size it was when the terminal was launched.
How do I get the text to scale up with the size of the terminal
window???
If you are doing this on Windows then Scott will have to answer whether
or not the windows version supports scaling text. As for
xt5250/tn5250/x5250 on linux/BSD/whatever it does not support scaling
the text to match an arbitrary window size. I'm working on this for
x5250, albeit very slowly.
