I've checked in some changes to the tn5250 build process related to ROBODoc, so that anyone can now use "make dist" without needing a specific version of ROBODoc installed on their system. I also had to fix the ROBODoc markup in a few files. The changes mean that the HTML API documentation is not included in the "make dist" tarball any more. Instead, it can be generated by the user by typing "make html", as long as ROBODoc 4 is installed.
