Mainly to test Jim's x5250.  But also to see if could be done.

FWIW: I commented out the lines in tn5250-private.h that referenced
termcap.h and was able to get it to build.

When I try to run it, however, I get an error that makes reference to
cygcrypto<version>.dll.  Haven't been able to figure out what part of
cygwin I need to install to get that DLL.
