Oops. figured this out. I was running from a script file and didn't realize
I was invoking x5250 after rebuilding tn5250 without rebuilding x5250!

Rebuilt x5250 and all is well, at least with tn5250, though x5250 has its
issues, as always.

My apologies to the list. I've been working too hard, compiling tired and
asking silly questions. You should see my latest contribs to the OpenBSD
list :-)
