x5250 version 0.5.0 released

It has been a long time coming, but I'm very happy to announce x5250 version 0.5.0! This release is feature complete with tn5250 version 0.16.5. Many bugs have been fixed as well. Changes since the last release include:

 * fixed bug with blank screen when switching from 80 columns to 132
 * fixed typeahead and macro character drawing
 * fixed segmentation fault caused by selecting text outside of the window
 * improved X event handling
 * improved memory management
 * additional support for the enhanced 5250 protocol

You must use tn5250 version 0.17.3 or later to compile x5250.
