[LINUX5250] lib5250 0.17.3 infinite loop

Hello,

I'm having problems with the emulator getting stuck in an infinite loop. 
Actually, the symptom is that the emulator seems to be locking up -- but 
based on how large the tracefile gets (29 megabytes in a few seconds) I'm 
assuming that it's stuck in an a loop.

I have the same problem in Windows as well as x5250 and xt5250 under 
FreeBSD, so I'm assuming the bug is in the library code rather than in a 
terminal.  (I guess it's possible that the same mistake was made in all of 
these terminals, though.)

The bug manifests itself for me when I'm in SEU and I hit back-tab from 
the first position of the field that says that says
"*************** Beginning of data ****************"

or on the field that says
"****************** End of data ************************"

Anyway... go to the first position of one of those fields and hit backtab 
(shift-tab) and it locks.

This problem does not occur on release 0.16.5.
