x5250 0.4.7 released

I'm very happy to announce version 0.4.7 of x5250.  New in this release:

 * Fixed support for enhanced mode 5250 windows
 * Better support for different keyboards
 * Automatic detection of enhanced features in lib5250

This release works best with current cvs of tn5250. Please see http://tn5250.sourceforge.net for instructions on obtaining tn5250 via cvs.
