Blink? I'm pretty sure ncurses doesn't do blink. There is no such
attribute as bold (though the highlight attribute often appears bold).
The others are supported.
Interesting that you left out column seperators. ncurses does not support
them as far as I know. But x5250 does :) x5250 does not support blink,
but that hasn't caused problems for anyone I know yet. Do you need blink?
It could probably be added.
Scott's test program is useful. You may also want to try out one that
someone posted a while ago and I have listed on the x5250 site in the
tests section (if the author of this program could speak up that would be
great so I could properly attribute it!):

See the "Test all screen attributes" program. If x5250 doesn't match your
real terminals let me know. I've been testing with a real 3487 and with
column seperators turned on the only difference is lack of blinking.
