[LINUX5250] Build bombs and I should know why but fergit

It's been a couple of years at least since I checked out and build
tn5250 ... Can anyone tell me why my build bombs as shown below?
I know it's in curses,I know I've seen this before, but I fergit,
and my hed hertz ...
