I've made some changes to session.c and terminal.h but can't make a proper
patch since SF is down and I don't have an unmodified source tree here :(
Basically it is the same patch I worked over quite some time ago, just
done with the 0.16.4 tree. I've made some changes to enable "enhanced"
5250 stream and handle the create window structured field command.

I created a tn5250_session_create_window_structured_field() function in
session.c to handle the command. I need to make available to the terminal
object the parameters from the create window structured field command.
What I've done (initially) is to add two ints to the Tn5250Terminal
structure: int window_width and int window_height. But looking at the
code this doesn't seem ideal. It works, but doesn't really follow tn5250
conventions. I need to signal the terminal object that a window must be
created, and then have functions to get the parameters. Is there a better
way to signal the terminal object that a window must be created other than
modifying the terminal structure directly?

Sorry I don't have a decent patch. I can post the old original patch, but
it is probably out of sync with the current CVS trees. I put the entire
session.c and terminal.h files at:
