Minor concern with compiling tn5250. The configure runs, but then the make comes back with 1 error in the tn5250.c file. reference lines 181 and 183, and talks about " problem. As it turns out, line 181 is a print line with a "\ and line183 is the end of the print line with the ") Problem seems to be that line 182 doesn't have the \ at the end of the line. Once that is added, the make and make install runs fine. Was just covering a cable in my networking class, and had the students go thru the process of setting up the tn5250 to be able to access our AS/400 from linux. I used the little program to show them the process, and the advantage of having access to the code. I had been able to compile this on redhat 9 without making the change, but on that machine I had to compile with a nossl option since the lib versions where not the same.
