Can't make rpm from source in Mandrake 8.2 -- LINUX5250

Hello:

i have the next problem traying to make a rpm package for Mandrake 8.2
from source
tn5250-0.16.5.tar.gz
i have the next error message:
[root@xxxxxxx tn5250]# rpmbuild -tb tn5250-0.16.5.tar.gz 
error: Failed to rename /root/RPM/SPECS/rpm-spec.5JZ4z7 to
/root/RPM/SPECS/rpm-spec.5JZ4z7: There is no file or directory

How can i solve this problem?
