Hi To follow up on my previous post (which showed up at work, but not at home for some reason) I have now built cvs tn5250 and gnome-5250 and enjoying block select copy & paste :) The problem turned out to be an old copy of autoconf. I had both 2.13 & 2.57 installed, but Debian had diverted references so only the 2.13 version was used. I've removed 2.13 and it's okay now. I notice that Shift+arrow (next 'word', previous 'word' etc) doesn't move the cursor like in tn5250 - is this something that is handled outside of libtn5250?
