Hmmm... I thought I added AVPP to scs2ascii when I worked on it for
scs2pdf.

I'm on vacation now until Sunday.  If you don't have time you can wait
until then and I'll add this to scs2ascii when I get back.  Or just fire
it off and let the fun begin.
