The default keyboard maps that come with TN5250 do this, they make shift-F1 = F13, etc. Maybe if you told us a little about your environment, we'd have some suggestions? Is this Linux? Which Linux? Are you running tn5250 from the text-mode console, or are you running it in X? If in X, are you running the xt5250 script, or simply running it inside an xterm? or what?
