New Computer Science Terms?

I have tried to determine with a Google search, and even Lexis/Nexus search
the meaning of the  acronyms "icky" and "thingy" and I just don't find
anything.
Most likely my search technique.  Dan, could you enlighten me?  ;--)

Question:  What are the licensing requirements of this code?  Is this in
the general domain, meaning anyone can use it?
