Hold down the control key and click with the right mouse button.  This
brings up a menu to change the size.  To make changes permanent you need
to add entries for font_80 and font_132 in your .tn5250rc file.

Again, the man page should help.  I am currently working on a HOWTO that
will help explain all this a little better, but it won't be ready for a
bit.
