New License -- LINUX5250

Back in Feb, we all agreed that we should change the license from the
GPL to the LGPL so that we can release binary versions of TN5250 that
use the OpenSSL libraries.

I went ahead and made the changes and committed them tonight.  (Sorry it
took so long)
