Bold fonts now in scs2pdf

I think I have bold fonts working in scs2pdf.  Could someone who has some
bold text in their printouts try the patch and let me know?  Note that
this bold method only works with SCS printers that use AHPP to restrike
printed text to make it bold.

This patch is against current CVS.  This doesn't break anything that was
already working and incorporates some of the suggestions Frank Richter
had.  Thanks Frank!
