That way only the one session with that name can be running. I have this for my work sessions and for my netshare account from home, as it has the advantage of grabbing the same SQL session too. I don't know how feasible this is for your lts, but it might be worth a try. It does involve setting individual menu options/icons, though (sesion 1, session 2, etc).
