It is not currenty possible to rebuild tn5250.exe from source.  The
Win32 support wasn't used very much and it was a major support headache.

The idea was to re-introduce Win32 support once we had a full, working
GTK+ emulator, since GTK+ has a windows port.

Actually, if you download the CygWin environment, it will give you
compatibility libraries and gcc and all the GNU tools.  You might be
able to compile it that way.
