I consider tn5250 "rock solid". I have used it everyday for several years now and consider it one of the killer apps for me. If I didn't have it I would be forced to use windows instead of Linux. Even though I can dual boot my system, I spend less than 15 minutes a week in WIn98 (sometimes less if it crashes on boot <g>). I have so much faith in tn5250 I replaced 3 dumb terminals in our admitting office with console based tn5250 486s. Because they run 24x7 and I have to take call every other week I would not put win9x here, but Linux has been fine. I also have one in our dietary dept and 4 in Medical records. These terminals also let them alt-f2 or alt-f3 to access different functions like lab lookup, alpha-paging, insurance query, etc which could not be done on a dumb terminal. Keep up the good work, it doesn't get said enough. My hospital and myself really appreciate your efforts.
