Hmm, I'm not sure what's going on with 0.16.0pre2 - it is in CVS.  Try
checking out with
the `-r b0-16' command line options like so:

cvs checkout -r b0-16 -d tn5250-0.16 tn5250

That should get you the latest version on the 0.16 branch.
