Huhn?  OK, fixed.  *doh*

I coulda sworn I removed that directory (I was working on importing some stuff
into the tree before I decided it was a bit premature.  Apparently, files enter
repository when you commit, but directories enter the repository when you tag 
them
... and the permissions were wrong).

Take three.....

P.S. - to avoid warnings, you'll have to remove your repository and 
re-check-out.
It should still work, though.
