I'm having a bit of trouble with cvs and thought someone might already know the answer to this. If I use `cvs checkout tn5250` I get all sorts of errors telling me that I need to move files out of the way. Of course, I can clear the directory first and get all new files, but that is extra work and unnecessary bandwidth. I read in man cvs that I can cd into my tn5250 directory and do `cvs update tn5250` and only get changed files. Sounds like exactly what I wanted. But I get an error: $ cvs update tn5250 cvs update: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or directory cvs [update aborted]: no repository Any suggestions? +--- | This is the LINUX5250 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to LINUX5250@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to LINUX5250-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to LINUX5250-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
