It seems that the test in cursesterm.c line 333 if (tgetstr ("us", NULL) == NULL ) This->data->underscores = 1; does no work correctly (Debian 2.1). I replaced it with: if ( This->data->is_xterm == 0 ) This->data->underscores = 1; having good results both under consolle and under xwindows. Can someone suggest me a correct solution?
