I just found a little more information that might help.  When I have the above
line in my XTerm, I get an error:

Warning: translation table syntax error: Unknown keysym name:  Enter
Warning: ... found while parsing '<Key>Enter: string("
                                                      ") '

I also added the following to map the left control key to reset (it works):

<Key>Control_L: string("\022") \n\


But I can't get the newline mapped on my end key or the field exit to work on
enter (but I tried field exit on KP_Enter and it worked.)
