I'll put it in there.  I kinda' forgot about Frank's patches - I was going to
look into them.  (The cursor position is a no brainer, but I have to figure
out the xterm/xt5250 issue on different versions of xterm).

Your bugs have been filed, and will be addressed - it's some emulator state
issue which needs to be addressed (you can try doing a system request from
the signon screen - that's the most obvious case of it).
