I doubt there is one, but then I doubt you can pipe a file to a program's
stdin, so I don't think it's neccessary.  Depending on how it's used, I'd
just #define isatty(x) 0 or #define isatty(x) 1

Probably the latter to prevent it from reading data from stdin (since it's
a tty) or writing data to stdout (since it's a tty).
