win32 version

I found myself using Windows today and thought I'd try out the Win version
of tn5250.  Do you have the keyboard mapping documented anywhere?  I have
"Function Key Not Allowed" when I pressed F16 (from a menu that allows F16)
and now can't figure out how to reset it!  I can always just end my job...
I am using version 0.13.1 according to the file name
(tn5250-x86-win32-0.13.1.zip)
